A few words about
Our Programs
Program Overview
SYVF guides people through a transformative journey of self-expression using music, storytelling, movement, and the arts - reclaiming the voice as a sacred, creative force for personal growth, healing, and leadership.
All programs are rooted in inclusivity, authenticity, and heart - whether for teens discovering leadership or adults reclaiming purpose. SYVF is where story becomes a tool for healing, voice becomes a channel for truth, and creativity becomes the bridge between individuals and their community
Our offerings are rooted in three evolving program pillars:
Creative Youth Empowerment
Continuing our legacy with underserved and underrepresented youth, this pillar nurtures confidence, creativity, and leadership through performance, storytelling, and mentorship. These programs use the ETA (Empowerment Through the Arts) Series as a foundation, culminating in showcases and community presentations.
Voice and Resilience for Adults
Programs for adults navigating transition, including caregivers, midlife seekers, trauma survivors, and creatives seeking renewal. Offerings include writing circles, retreats, music workshops, and storytelling labs. Stone Buddha Resilience Retreats and the ETA Series support healing and reconnection.
Presence and Connection in a Digital Age
Designed for youth and adults, this pillar addresses the need for authenticity and mindful connection. Digital detox retreats, mindfulness circles, and voice/presence workshops encourage balance and belonging in an overstimulated world.
ETA (Empowerment Through Art) Series Signature Offerings:

- ETD: Movement and drumming for embodiment and confidence
- ETM: Music and songwriting for self-expression and collaboration
- ETP: Performance, pitching, and presentation for bold communication
